Raleigh lobbyist and seasoned government affairs professional David M. Powers is the managing principal of Powers Strategies, a full-service government relations and strategic consulting firm.

 

Powers, former Vice President of State Government Relations for Reynolds American, Inc., focuses his lobbying efforts on corporate clients and economic development efforts.
